Always in love with Nars.

Especially obsessed with the limited edition nail colors

Can a purchase this frivolous really be justified?

Tee Pee 1

that this whole tee-pee-for-kiddies thing has been a ubiquitous diy pleasure since long before my little munchkin was even a twinkle in anyone’s eye, but it’s still so fun, so we’re gonna do it.

My original inspiration came years ago from the BDDW Brownstone in Park Slope photographed for Brooklyn Modern.

That kids room does me in. (First Image)

mostly lighting as favorites this year @ ICFF

but there were also some surprisingly lovely new additions and of course old faves.

Wallplates from Upwell

Pendants from Token

Everything @ Søren Rose Studio (for De La Spada) looks super – especially this

Egg Collective was so fresh and lovely (thank you Brooklyn). Their cards were also done perfectly

the Bensen Morgan couch caught my eye

Lindsay Adelman‘s pop-up workshop was fun — and the new porcelain shade is incredibly beautiful. Reminds me a little of Ken Gangbar’s work

and finally Studio Dunn had a very smart looking little collection this year — with SUCH a well done letterpressed takeaway I want to keep it forever. The Narragansett Bowls were my favorite.

1. Stickbulb [the best thing at the show this year in my opinion]

2. Apparatus  – [Vanity Sconce]

3. Roll and Hill - [Rudi]

receiving…

these scans last week in a lovely email from my once instructor, now friend.

Stephanie Bower

is an architect, illustrator and incredible inspiration.

I’m especially enamored with the work because it truly is a dying art.

[This work is from a couple of sketchbooks she filled on trips to Spain and India last fall - so beautiful!]

When did my sketchbook die?

Stupid iPhone.
